“ All I can say is WOW. One dish after the other, they all were outstanding in their own ways. Very reasonably priced in comparison to the overly inflated prices of other food trucks and restaurants. - Birria - I had it on a sope, fully expecting it to be beef like 99% of other (fake) birria spots in Austin but nope, was so happily surprised it's made with borrego like it's supposed to be. Authentic, delicious. - Ceviche - On a tostada, clean, refreshing, good balance of fishiness and limeniness. - Carne Asada Fries - Dense, savory and hearty, as expected. This may take a few seconds off your lifespan but it tastes like the best meal you've ever had at 2am. - Aguas Frescas - Fresh, home made, sweet as they should be so they can even out as the ice melts. You'll crave this randomly from now on. Can't wait to try all other menu items! ”

“ Hidden Gem in Manor TX off of 290 and Cedar street heading east a mile past Walmart behind a local car dealership. I got 3 the mini tacos(I’m a tapas guy) when I tell ya the seasoning on the different meats (chicken, steak and barbacoa) was flavorful and had its own distinct taste. Had the Don Juan burrito with pastor. I will tell you this thing is massive. Could only eat half but boy was it packed with flavor and satisfying. ”
